Birds Hill Park Ranch Other Activities Use of our Party Room Option 1: Rate is $60.00 per hour. You may bring your own food. Option 2: Use of the Party Room is free is food is purchase from us, as follows: - Hot Dog and Drink at $6.00 per person (*add French fries - per person) Restaurant Rate is $100.00 per hour from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm. We do not permit use of the kitchen facilities so guests must bring plug-in items only.
